Absolutely thrilled with Pristine Plumbing and Heating! They installed first-ever central heating system and boiler, and the entire experience was fantastic. Derek was incredibly professional and meticulous.
Before starting the work, he took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process. He outlined all the options available and helped in choosing the best fit for the house. During the installation, Derek remained patient and explained each step clearly, along with the reasons behind it. He was also very tidy – the property cleaned afterwards, and his workmanship itself was neat, precise, and high-quality.
To top it all off, their prices were competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pristine Plumbing and Heating, and I'll definitely be using Derek's services again for any future plumbing and heating needs. Thanks, Derek, for bringing the comfort of central heating to my new home for the first time!
